Where do your cheeses selection come from?
They come from France and have been selected by Mr Jean D'Alos Maitre fromager affineur.


Are Raw or Goat milk cheese safe to eat?
The raw or goat milk cheese is safe to eat but it is recommended to respect the conservative recommendations. For pregnant women we strongly recommend to consult your doctor.


What about delivery time?
24 hours to USA and Western Europe. Asia 48-72 hours.


How many cheeses can I order?
You must select a minimum of 5 assorted cheeses. They will be packed separatly in one carton. Each carton contains 5 different cheeses.


What happen with the quality of my cheeses during shipping?
Our cheeses are packed in an isothermal packaging that maintain a constant temperature during shipment.
The box is wrapped with bubble pack, and special carton, inside a polystyrene box with ice pack.


Each cheese is covered with a special aluminium foil Wooden box Ice pack


How to store the cheeses?
In a cool area. It is recommended to wrapped them in the special paper provided. Never leave cheeses in a warm place.
Goat cheeses can be kept from 8 to 10 days, soft cheeses from 4 to 6 days and hard cheeses about 15 days.
You will have to unwrap your cheeses one hour before to serving and leave them in room temperature.
