Our customers may either purchase our products online at our website, or call us. All our wines and Champagnes are subject to remaining unsold, availability and price change. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours or 2 business days after receipt. Credit card, will not automatically charged before we have checked the quality of each bottles (level, cork quality, cap…) You will receive an email if the bottles ordered are not in great condition and before we charge your credit card.
All orders must be prepaid. We accept payment by wire (electronic payment). The merchandise will only be shipped after full payment of your order. If the payment is not received after 6 working days, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Professional buyers must provide to FinestWine.com a copy of their license and address where the wines or Champagnes have to be delivered.
FINESTWINE.COM will make all arrangements for transportation of products from our secure warehouse.

Customers undertake the responsibility to inspect all goods at the time of delivery and to notify FINESTWINE.COM and the carrier for any shortage, damage or other deficiency within 14 days after receipt.
FINESTWINE.COM cannot be responsible for any failure to meet its obligation occasioned by circumstances beyond its control. All contracts are drawn out under the laws of France and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
