However if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us directly rather than contacting the shipper or the producer of our products, you must state theses on our carrier's delivery statement. Alternatively, you must notify us of any complaints you may have within 14 days. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the products in accordance with your order.
Guarantee of Origin When buying at FinestWine.com, you can be sure of the origin of our products. Furthermore, our products are stored in traditional Bordeaux cellars with constant temperature and humidity levels.
Prices & Availability Prices are in USD or €uros, Free Taxe for the international version. There is no minimum order. You can get free shipping and free insurance under certain condition. Many old vintages are only available in very limited quantities and the demand is often very high. Therefore, we cannot guaranty the availability of all the items listed on our website. You always receive a written confirmation of your order from FinestWine.com. All wines, champagnes, spirits are offered subject to market movement and remaining unsold. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct an errors in pricing. We also reserve the right to limit quantities.
Mixed Cases - Single bottle ordering You can mix your order and even place a single bottle order. We do not charge an additional fee for mixed cases, nevertheless, wines or other products annouced with the pictogram "prices for 12 bottles" have to be ordered by full cases of 12 bottles.
Old Vintages While it is not possible to guarantee the condition of an old bottle, rest assured we keep our wines in the best possible aging condition. All our bottles are stored under ideal conditions in France. However, we cannot guarantee the perfect state and quality of bottles older than 10 years. When an old bottle has some external defect, we will notify you by email, joining pictures if necessary, prior to shipping the bottles. Only If the condition of the bottles is acceptable to the customer will we ship them. If you wish, we can also replace the label or the cork of an old bottle of wine, but it can decrease the value of the bottle and this operation can take a few months, we have to ask authorization to the château owner.
Futures Purchase The prices quoted on Future wines do not include the shipping charges. Delivery of Future wines is made according to their availability. You can order en primeur at different period, we will combine your different orders into a single delivery to lower your shipping charges. Regarding Bordeaux Futures Wines : If the FUTURES WINES are broken during delivery, FINESTWINE.COM will refund money at the purchase price confirmed on the order form.
Cork Failure According to the international practices, we cannot exchanged corked bottles.
USA Regulation The US government set up a regulation regarding shipment of alcoholic beverages. We can ship any alcohol through our agent with government approval and warning labels at no extra charge for our customers. We use the three-tier system of distribution with suppliers, wholesalers and retailers. Product must go through each of these tiers. The merchandise will be shipped by air on regular flight. There is no extra charge for this service and delay is not affected by this fast process.
