Chateau Pedesclaux
Situated on the Pauillac plateau, surrounded by prestigious estates such as Mouton Rothschild, Ponet Canet and Lynch-Bages, the Chateau Pedesclaux vineyard, grand cru classé in 1855, spreads over 28 hectares of gravely chalky clay. Lucien Jugla purchased the estate in 1950 and has taken great care of it ever since: he removed the vats, the wine house and tented to the vineyard (green harvesting, leaf thinning)… This is how the Jugla family strives to promote its quest for top quality, perfectly conveyed by the Chateau Pedesclaux wines. |
