Although we arrived a couple minutes late for our appointment due to traffic between Toulouse and Bordeaux, we were quickly escorted to the tour that was just getting startrd. Mrs Bizard was very pleasant and knowledgable regarding the chateau and its operation. I was amazed at the size of such a premier chateau. The tour was not real long, yet it gave you a full appreciation of the wine making at Chateau Margaux. We concluded our tour with an unexpected wine tasting I think the vintage was 2002. I'll keep in touch and let you know next time I am in the area and have more time for other tours.
