Finding a specific item on Finestwine is very easy. As you can see on top of this page, we have various Finestwine shops, depending on the product you are looking for: Wines, Champagnes, Spirits, Accessories and Delicatessen. You can either click on the category of your choice, or select it directly from any page in the search engine. Then specify a vintage, a Chateau (or both), an appellation, a price, a bottle size, and so on. For instance enter "Mouton 1961" or "1961 Mouton" and all results will be displayed at once. You may also use the "Advanced Search", next to our search engine on top of the page. This will enable you to specify all criteria at once: wine region, bottle size, specific budget and more.
How do I place my order? You can place your order online, by email, by fax or by phone. To place your order online, once you have chosen an item from the pricelist, click on buy. The item chosen will thus be registered in your shopping cart. From the page displayed, you can choose the quantity you would like to order (just click on "recalculate" to get the new sub-total). In order to keep searching or browsing and add more items into your cart, just click on "continue shopping". You can display the content of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on "My Cart" at the top of each page. You can also remove any item from your shopping cart at any time. Once your shopping cart contains all the items you need, go to the next step: enter your shipping information. It will be automatically saved for your next orders, unless you do not wish so. If your order is a gift, you may want to send a line to the recipient. In that case, just enter the text under "message" and it will be sent within the parcel. The next step still concerns shipping. You will have all the necessary details regarding shipping costs, shipping method and delay in delivery. The final step concerns payment and billing information. You can choose your payment method and enter the corresponding information, which will immediately be crypted (as shown on the final receipt). Our website is entirely secured by SSL. However, if you do not wish to enter this information, you can still place your order. In that case, you can choose to pay by Swift or give your bank information on the phone or by mail. On the same page, you will be asked to enter your billing information if different from the shipping information you entered previously. Once you have completed the form, click on "accept transaction". Your order is now confirmed and fully displayed on your screen.
