- An unused E-Gift Certificates portions should be spent within 12 months from the issuance date.
- E-Gift Certificates must be redeemed through FinestWine.com website, toward the purchase of products listed on online catalogue.
- E-Gift Certificates may be redeemed for the purchase of products from third-party sellers through the FinestWine.com website.
- E-Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's e-gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your e-gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card, wire transfer or check.
- E-Gift Certificates and their use on the FinestWine.com website are subject to FinestWine.com General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
- FinestWine.com is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift certificates. If you have any questions, please visit the FinestWine.com online help department.
- FinestWine.com will have the right to close any customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained E-Gift Certificate is either redeemed through the FinestWine.com website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the FinestWine.com website.
- FinestWine.com may provide e-gift certificates purchasers with information about the redemption status of e-gift certificates.
- FinestWine.com reserves the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time in its discretion.
- Any unused balance remains on the E-Gift Certificate until it is spent.
