  1. An unused E-Gift Certificates portions should be spent within 12 months from the issuance date.
  2. E-Gift Certificates must be redeemed through FinestWine.com website, toward the purchase of products listed on online catalogue.
  3. E-Gift Certificates may be redeemed for the purchase of products from third-party sellers through the FinestWine.com website.
  4. E-Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  5. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's e-gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
  6. If your order exceeds the amount of your e-gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card, wire transfer or check.
  7. E-Gift Certificates and their use on the FinestWine.com website are subject to FinestWine.com General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
  8. FinestWine.com is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift certificates. If you have any questions, please visit the FinestWine.com online help department.
  9. FinestWine.com will have the right to close any customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained E-Gift Certificate is either redeemed through the FinestWine.com website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the FinestWine.com website.
  10. FinestWine.com may provide e-gift certificates purchasers with information about the redemption status of e-gift certificates.
  11. FinestWine.com reserves the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time in its discretion.
  12. Any unused balance remains on the E-Gift Certificate until it is spent.
