Chateau Bellevue

Yves Lassalle monitors all the winemaking operations very carefully and also attaches great importance to ageing his wines properly. He supervises the wines very closely as they age in French oak barrels for 18 to 24 months and chooses exactly the right moment to bottle it under excellent conditions. The wine is enjoyable immediately but will continue to develop gracefully in bottle for many years. The wines are a lovely, ruby-red color, with good, full-bodied flavor and well integrated tannins. They make an ideal accompaniment to red meats, game, poultry, and cheese.
