An oldly established Chateau

Château de Vialle is a family-owned property for more than six generations. Composed of around eleven hectares of land, situated in Juillac, within the Bordeaux vineyards, the vineyard is located at about 10 miles of Saint-Emilion. The generations that have been working on these ancestral lands always had the passion for the vineyard and the good wine.
The name Chateau de Vialle come from the marriage, in 1872, of Mr Henry Vialle, at that time schoolteacher in the nearby town of Gensac, with the only daughter of the domain, Ms Elisabeth Bonnet. Since then the family did not change name or religion; they are still Protestant.
