Initial taste is rather stiff with many aromas being gradually developed. Medium tannic structure with tight and delicate tannins slowly melting. Upon opening, mature grapes reveal with slightly toasted spicy tinges (pepper, cinnamon) good balanced final taste with a pleasant note of kernel. |
