Viticulture: Guyot double pruning method – ecologically minded viticulture practices - leaf thinning and bunch thinning.
Winemaking: The grapes are initially sorted in the vineyard, hand-picked into small crates, manually destemmed, and then put into wooden vats by gravity flow. Cool pre-fermentation maceration.
