Chateau Pradeaux is a family owned estate since 1752. This Mourvèdre grape varierity is the most representative vine of the traditions of Bandol. The Comtesse Arlette Portalis started the adventure in 1940 and gave the wine an allure in the range of the Bandol appellation. The quality of this wine is the combination of the terroir, the sunny slopes over the Mediterranean, and the human factor. In fact, the handpicking ensures great quality harvest each year. The wine making is done in accordance with the Bandol Appellation Controlée. It is aged 3 to 4 years in oak tuns, this long period gives harmony and bouquet to the Château Pradeaux.

Having quality in mind, the domain has firmly decided to equip itself with the best technologies in the market as to improve vinification conditions respecting traditional methods used by winemakers that live to the rhythm of the soil. The vineyards tend to be organic, using no artificial or inorganic fertilizers.
In the interior of huge Tuscan style ochre buildings, perfectly in harmony with sunshade pine landscapes, the most modern equipments of the cellars make easier a permanent control of the vinification. The wines of Château Saint-Julien d’Aille have a distinctive character which reflects its strong personality. On the palate one feels the ripeness of the fruits and the elegant structure of this Côtes de Provence, distinguished as part of the elite of the label “appellation contrôlée”.
Lying on the gentle slopes of the “Maures” mountain in Provence, Château Verez stretches on 32 hectares of vineyards deserving the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée.
Since the roman period, men have developed their vocation for creating vines and wines in this area.
Nowadays the winegrowing is still reasonable. According to ancestral methods the winemaking at Château Verez remains traditional, with hand picked harvesting and bottling at the Domaine. The wines from this vintage are the result of a modern wine-making process applied to grapes high typicity such as Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre.
Over the 5 past years Château Verez was distinguished in numerous French wine contests.
