Insurance
All of our shipments are insured during transportation for 100% of their value.
This insurance is included in the shipment cost and allows us to refund the amount of the goods in case of loss, theft or breakage.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address, allowing you to follow the status of your delivery.
Collect directly at our office
Collecting in our office is possible, free of charge. Please inform us soon enough before you come, in order to make sure your order is ready and that we will be available to welcome you.

Since 1997, Finestwine delivers wines and spirits worldwide. Our special packaging are designed to resist to international deliveries. Carriers to every destination have been selected for their reliability and quality of their service.
Below rates will allow you to know about the costs to your destination according to quantity :

If you wish to know the shipping price for non-standard packaging that isn’t provided in the table (Champagne & Wine bottle mix, big bottle or big quantity), please contact us directly at contact@finestwine.com. We will send you a quote according to your demand as soon as possible.
