Domaine Comte Georges de Vogue is located on the commune of Chambolle-Musigny in Côte d'Or. Its vineyard extends over 12 hectares and covers 70% of the total area of French AOC Musigny. After producing some extraordinary vintages (59, 69, 72), the area experienced some difficulties and was not able to maintain consistency in the quality of its wines. However, 1988 marked a return to excellent wines. The recent successes of the estate have enabled it to regain its place among the finest wines of Chambolles-Musigny.

Founded in 1825, the Maison Faiveley is located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Côte d'Or. Its vineyard extends over 125 hectares, which makes it one the largest of Burgundy. However, the vineyard being very fragmented, average production is only of one hectare per appellation. Therefore, the quantity produced of each wine is very limited, which allows a more accurate work of the vines.

Henri Jayer, who died in 2006, is one of the world's most respected winemakers. He is credited with introducing important innovations in the production of Burgundy wines. He considered that a great wine is made primarily in the vineyard and not in the cellar. He began to make wine in his name in 1950. His Richebourg 1978 is currently one of the world's most expensive wine. Every bottle of this legendary wine is sold several thousand euros.

Maison Georges Roumier is a wine producer located in Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy. Its vineyard extends over 7 hectares. Present on several Grand Cru appellations and Premier Cru, its largest parcel covers only 2.7 hectares. The amount of bottles produced by appellation is therefore very limited. The growing of the vineyard is reasoned, no chemical inputs are used after the start of flowering vines. G. Roumier wines have become a reference among the fine wines of Burgundy.
The vineyard of Domaine Armand Rousseau extends over 17 hectares, including 8 hectares of Grand Cru and 3 hectares of Premier Cru appellation. These plots are located around the communes of Gevrey-Chamberlin and Morey-Saint-Denis. The growing of vines is traditional and reasoned. The vines are composed entirely of Pinot Noir, and the average age of the vines is between 40 and 45 years. The wines are raised in 100% new oak barrels for Chambertin and Chambertin Clos de Bèze, 70-100% for the Clos Saint-Jacques. In recent years, despite the disparity of the "cuvées", the Armand Rousseau wines have exceptional consistency in quality.
Founded in 1915, the Jean-Louis Trapet domaine is directed by the man of the same name since 1995. Its vineyard extends over 15 hectares in several prestigious appellations. Among them : Chambertin, Gevrey Chambertin and La Chapelle. The growing of vines is biodynamic in order to respect the soil and the environment while increasing wine's quality. This helps to give the wine an incredible richness of aroma and bright fruit flavors.
